JP's Tourspel is a private, invitation-only cycling game. The organiser of the game is responsible for the personal data used to operate the website.
The site stores account information such as username, player name and email address, together with team selections and Café comments. Passwords are stored as password hashes and are not stored as readable passwords.
This information is used only to administer the game, identify players, keep accounts secure, calculate results and preserve the history of completed races. It is not used for advertising or marketing and is not sold to third parties.
The website uses a functional PHP session cookie that is necessary for login and account security. Because this cookie is strictly necessary for the service requested by the user, the site does not ask for consent through a cookie banner.
Aggregate website usage is measured with a self-hosted, cookieless Umami installation. It is used to understand how the Tourspel website is used and to improve it; no advertising trackers are used.
Race results, team selections and Café discussions may be retained as part of the Tourspel archive. You can ask the organiser to provide, correct or delete personal account information, subject to information that may reasonably need to remain as part of the historical game record or for legal/security reasons.
